Just curious what you ended up getting. I’m leaning towards the MansfieldCustoms roller personally.

I’ve done tumblers on a diode 10w laser. I’d take a bet that a 40w could do so as well.

Would you be willing to share the technique once you are comfortable with the repeatability? Or perhaps share what types of materials you are using?
