I presently have a longer ray5 10 watt. Will be getting a 20 watt longer ray. Can any one tell me what I need to know as far as what is different from the two. I use lightburn for my designs. What makes the longer 20 watt besides more power? Any input will be appreciated because I am anxious to be ...

Sounds like the gantry is not square to the frame, or the frame is not square, or both. Getting a hard stop (hitting the frame) can cause the belt to jump teeth on the timing gear.

...I deleted that Material; moved the design to a new layer again; manually set the settings for that layer; and created a new Material from that layer - as Line. Now, when I change it from Line to Offset Fill or Fill and back to Line, everything is copacetic. I appreciate the help. I would have NE...
