I presently have a longer ray5 10 watt. Will be getting a 20 watt longer ray. Can any one tell me what I need to know as far as what is different from the two. I use lightburn for my designs. Sounds like the gantry is not square to the frame, or the frame is not square, or both. Getting a hard stop (hitting the frame) can cause the belt to jump teeth on the timing gear.
