Sounds like the gantry is not square to the frame, or the frame is not square, or both. Getting a hard stop (hitting the frame) can cause the belt to jump teeth on the timing gear.

Performing material tests is the only way to get consistent results.

My son does DTF transfers.

Nah, the corruption happens on the loaded copy, so it's fine.

It's not hidden Randy, it's in the Device Settings.
