Thx guys. I just kept unplugging and plugging back in and it finally recognized it. I think the cable will have to be replaced.

USB error
I have been using my laser for about 10 months no problem. I have not used it in a couple of weeks, when i went to use it today, i get " device atttached to USB port not recognized by windows"

Hi Raul I just got a neje 3 plus about 2 months ago. I am very new to this lasering world. I find that running at 50% power and 5 % speed burns my cutting boards with nice detail. Even at 10% speed the engraving is ok. When I go to lower than 5% speed i get letters than burn together. I don't do any...
