I went with the "WalkCleaner" that you suggested, and cannot be any happier! Ran a 15 minute cut job on 6mm plywood @ 30 watts, and couldn't smell any smoke! I have that one, it works well. I think you can take the filters out when they get dirty and put them in the sun for reactivation, ...

Make your design in Lightburn using the circular array tool and lightly burning the graphic in the wood in line mode as a guide for the iron. You can also create many different patterns in Lightburn using layers, different fill modes and LPI.
