2 - Introduce yourself and your machine (if you approach a group of people asking for a coin you get 0, but if you say -"Hello, I lost my wallet and I need a coin for the train ticket", likely someone will help you.
3 - Post your questions in the right place ( you don´t go to the mechanic to buy bread?).

I speak for myself, but after a while here, I think forum members are people of good will, all together have a lot of knowledge and like to help. If questioned the right way!
