I read all the posts about not being able to load the downloadable files, and have to say I didn't have any problems at all. I am a total noob and believe me at 77 years old I am not the most computer savy person around, all I can say is read the instructions, it worked for me.
I have a Sculpfun S30 ProMax 20 watt and am just getting started at this laser hobby, looking forward to learning anything and everything I can. This will be the third time I have retired. I live in Stewiacke, Nova Scotia, which is a very small town, quiet and very friendly.
