Hello friends, I have a problem with the tts20 pro cutting machine. When cutting, it does not work properly.

I made a project and the measurement was a rectangle of 17mm×3mm and I made it two columns in an extra shape (+).

But what happened is that the rectangle in width differs from the rectangle in length. They are the same thing. Copy and paste.

The difference between them is a 90-degree angle.

Why do the dimensions differ from the project in LightBurn? Is the problem in the number of the vase or in the device?

Check your belts for tightness. It looks like you are skipping steps to me.
