Evening All
I am currently using a modified NEJE 3 MAX engraver Alongside the NEJE E40 11W, Lasertree 10W and also 5W lasertree module.
I havent increased working area from the standard 810x460mm.
Looking at a change. Limited to whats availABle in UK without incruing customs.
IKIER and azter as nice as they looks is little pricey and no uk distro yet and no way to circumvent a customs bill.
Been looking at sculpfun s30 ultra with the 22W (geekbuying) but not a real load of not paid for reviews and a few notable issues that may have been resolved such as vibration issue and linear rail setup.
Not interested in xtool
Any real world owners opinions, i am needing at very least a 460mm actual working area axis
Thanks all

Re: Laser Engraver Model Opinions SCULPFUN ULTRA OWNERS
I've had this up and running about a week now. I like it a LOT!!I up graded from a Sculpfun S9 10 watt. This is truely 3 times faster. (I bought the Ultra 33 watt.) In order to get th4 600x600mm all on a honeycomb I had to buy the Comgrove(Sp?) honeycomb. NOW... the hard part! This took me at least 3-4 Hours just to set up so that it moved accurately. Assembly was straightforward, as were MOST of the adjustments. However I found that every time the gantry moved forward (X axis), the left side lagged. What a mess!! AS it turns out, the horizontal silver rod (left to right) in the gantry had a loose set screw that caused the lag. This screw is on the R side of the rod, and there are 2 side by side. This is where the rod attaches to the x axis cog. After tightening ir with the proper hex wrench, all was perfect!! I have now cut out 8 various boxes for sale!! I'll check back periodically so if you need more info let me know!

I recently bought the Sculpfun S30 Pro Max (20W) and had the same problem with the loose set screw. It was easy to solve, but took some time to figure out what the problem was.

Glad to see someone else has purchased the Sculpfun S30 Pro Max (20W). I haven't been able to find much from the Laser Pros on using this Laser. Have you done a verity of projects yet with your Sculpfun S30 Pro Max?
Hi, my name is Lori, I'm using Laser Machine: SCULPFUN S30 Pro Max Laser Engraver with Auto Air Assist, 20W Output Power CNC Laser Cutter, 130W Higher Accuracy Laser Engraving Machine for Colorizi, also added on the extension for longer projects. Still getting to know my machine.

Re: Laser Engraver Model Opinions SCULPFUN ULTRA OWNERS
I bought the Ultra 33W option, so far happy with it... but it looks like I have to check for a loose screw...
It's my first laser, slowly building up funds through craft, most of my projects have been cutting 1/8 wood into coasters and marking them. (In my mind there's four levels: marking, etching, engraving, and cutting. The point of marking is to color only, no material removal)
Done enough I figure I've dialed in the settings for as dark as you can without etching deeper or using borax to darken. (Personal choice, borax would damage the water resistance of my DIY stearate-free shellac)
The Ultra's 24" size has been great, churns out 49 coasters or 5 beer caddies from 2'x2' sheets. Also testing glass work, and soon stainless steel as well.

I'm a Josh, and I've been slowly working on small wood projects for a year now. That said, my original reasons are still true, glass frosting and metal posters!
