IKIER PRO MAX

I recently bought the Ikier pro.max of 48 watts and I had some issues with the extensión kit but today I was using my laser and just stop working and it doesn't turn on anything, it simply stopped at the middle of a protect.... The laser had the electrical protection and I also checked the voltage of the conexión to the laser and everything with that seems to be working perfectly.

I tried changing to another outlet, changing to another electrical protection system but I think that's Is not the issue...

I hope anyone can help me about this because is not working turning on at all and I also checked the key to the laser and also looks perfect.

I bought this láser directly to the company and it has been working for at least a month or so and I want to recall that I use it as a hobby so it means that I didn't use it for to many hours or something like that..

My IKIER PRO MAX quit out of the blue today. I was cutting some parts and it just died. I'm out of warranty. It about a year and a half only and has ran flawlessly since i got it.

The power adapter light is blue, connection to machine are fine.

I have an email to IKIER support which due to the time change, I expect a response tomorrow morning.

I will let you know what they say. Hopefully it is easy to troubleshoot but I do not see anything in the manual.
