After setting up my new Ortur laser master 3 I powered it on, and Lightburn recognized it.
Now I tried to run a small design, and all it would do is run x axis (side to side) in the same spot. I tried to pause and nothing happened, it just kept running. I hit stop and it did stop. I tried to go home and nothing happened. It will not go Y axis back and forth, only side to side. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
