Hiya from Halifax, Nova Scotia! I bought a 50w co2, a 15w diode and a cnc cutter a few months ago and haven't used any of them because I was moving and left them at work in the warehouse. Yesterday I dragged the diode home because I want to make a wedding gift for next weekend. Long story short I got Lightburn last night and today I watched your videos all day and I am ready to go! I learned so much from your videos! Thank you so much!

I am a newbie to all of this. I just set up my Ortur master 2 pro s2. I watched two of your videos this evening and find them very helpful. I can’t wait to get the machine operating properly. I am a bit frustrated as I tried to cut out a tear drop earring on Thursday and all it did was cut a straight line about 1/2” long. Thats all it would do. So I wanted to play with it tonight to see what I was doing wrong and now can’t even get the machine to work. Red light is blinking and I get an emergency switch is locked error. I pushed down on the switch button and turned it clock wise until it popped up as instructed and I still can’t get it unlocked.
I’m sad and frustrated as I want so bad to start making earrings but am disappointed with the problems I am having.

I don't own this machine, but if the only thing it's doing is making a single line, it sounds like you may not have a good connection going to one of your motors. I would try to reseat them and see if that resolves your issue.

i sent a lousy $40 canadian, to help the cause, i cant download the art library, i got a few, not sure what to do, maybe its not so important, is it/can someone take control of my computer...i am brain dead on instructions, they dont work for me. im more interested in engraving settings, i have a stylecnc 100 watt co2.....ya man.....spotty

The instructions on the download pages are clear. There's even a video showing how to do it.

I'm retired now from the company, but we designed the networking for three major banks here in SE LA years ago, updating it and integrating it with the parent software, and serviced their ATMs. Several different brands, mostly Triton, Genmega & Nautilus Hyosung.

Does anyone know why my cross target would work and laser spot will not? This happens in both creative space and lightburn. xtool D1 20 watt (non pro)
