Need help with material test in lightburn

Post by dalek »

I am brand new to this site and I'm hoping someone can help me. I'm trying to run a material test on light burn. For whatever reason, the laser is not marking the sample plywood that came with the machine.I got part of the 10 X 10 grid but the axis legends did not etch. I did not change any settings for the test. I've watched several tutorials and I can't get this to work

Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You will have to change the power and speed to something slower and hotter I am guessing. You do mean the numbers and words along the side of the grid correct? Edit text setting and change the speed and power to what was a dark area on your initial test.
Hi my name is Mike and I use a Roly Automation LaserMATIC10 and a Creality Falcon 10w diode laser.
