I loathe scammers. I deal with quite a few on a daily basis on Facebook. I actually watch a channel on YouTube called "Scammer Payback" that often shuts down these scamming operations. Thanks for the heads up Rich.

Just an FYI, just because someone uses AnyDesk doesn't mean they are a scammer! I use AnyDesk, to connect to all my personal computers on my home internet. I also use it to connect to my mom's computer to work on her computer! As with any remote desktop software it can and does get used for sinister motives.
I don't have issues with the rest of your message and I totally get why, but just the generalization is incorrect.

I didn't generalize AnyDesk as being scammer software Terry, I specifically said, "MAKE ABSOLUTELY SURE OF WHO YOU'RE DEALING WITH BEFORE ALLOWING REMOTE ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER!". This message goes for ALL remote desktop applications. The reason I mentioned AnyDesk is because 99% of the scammers are using it. I do remote sessions all the time with my Patrons, and AnyDesk is perfectly safe to use by a reputable user.
