Lost power Black and Red

So some back story, 2022 lost power during a run. Laser wouldn't move, no light on the Rubia control box. Replaced the 24V power supply with one from Amazon, if memory service me right I had to send the first one back because it didn't work and get a replacement. Last night running a job and I noticed nothing happening, no lights again. Ordered another PS from Amazon, came in today installed and nothing. What are the chances this one is bad too? I've already ordered another one that is suppose to be in tomorrow. Fingers crossed it gets me back in business. What else could be the issue, I am getting power to the wires, but there is no volts on any of the contacts. I replaced the E-stop switch as well today.
