I have been waiting on Monport Support all week, but thought I would ask the forum.
I have an 80w Monport C02 Laser, it at first gave me the Water Sensor warning, then went into a system rebooting cycle, then just died. No power on the control, but power is still being routed to my chiller from the aux plug in the back. I figured I had a bad pwr supply, so I ordered and change out the pwr supply box. No Joy, System is still dead, no lights on the pwr supply or any of the boards. What am I missing???
Oh additional info.
Changed both fuses as well. And the air pump for the laser still works.
I'm lost at the moment.

Follow up for anyone interested.
After lots of troubleshooting I determined I have a bad 24 volt power supply.
Now try to find on in the US ~ good luck. Especially with a 5 volt lug to power your laser red dot.
Monport finally responded but they do not do well with photos and a complete illustration on my steps.
I had to do videos and this lasted over a week. They finally agreed I have a bad supply, but still did not have a place for me to order one here.
I am now waiting for another 12 days while they ship me one.
