I had a little time to kill today so I downloaded the pre release of Lightburn 1.7.00. It seems to have some nice new features. One thing I really like is the new Cut feature. I seem to design things that in the past have required a lot of Boolean work that always takes me time. With the new cut tool I can just highlight a line I don't want and BAM, it's gone.
Who else has been playing with 1.7.00?
If you are interested, it is available on the Lightburn Support Forum and installs as a stand alone version separate from your working released version.

Been playing with 1.7.00 beta
My name is Jim. Ortur LM2Pro S2 running Lightburn on an old HP laptop with Windows 10. I recently retired and have more time to learn about my laser. Thanks Rich and You Tube! I now have a second OLM2 Pro that I'm going to set up for rotary projects and I bought a MonPort K40 but haven't had much time on that yet.

I saw a video on some of the new features. The new cut tool looks quite useful.
Using an Atomstack A20 20W with an RA2 rotary, and Roly LaserMatic10. Professional cabinet maker with plenty of scraps to burn.
