Has anyone had any success with Atezr customer service? I am having a problem with the laser not firing and trying to get a replacement cable. Hopefully it is the problem. I have been in contact with them for two weeks through email. I get one message a day with no offer to help. I'm told you can't buy the cable separately and they have given me no ideas to try. I tried to order the laser driver board because they show it as a common part to change and they say that is not available either. All I get is Ït's a pleasure to service for you, Ricky "with no solution. Does anyone have any contact info for them or suggestions? Thanks, Jason
