So ... the "rigging company" that is available to LOAD IT ONTO MY FLATBED TRAILER wants $400.00 to simply pick it up with a forklift and place it onto the deck of my trailer. If they have to bring a forklift out, the charge is $1,200.00

I KNOW they will be moving more than ONE piece of machinery out of this building on the pick up date. These guys are THIEVES! If I have to pay $1,200.00 because a forklift is "present" then I will sit there the entire day with a shotgun in my hand, and make sure that anyone else who wants to use the forklift PAYS ME for the privilege! The first person can pay ME $1,100.00. Then they can charge the next person $1,000.00, and so on, until the fee for bringing the forklift to the venue is fully paid.

This may be the deal breaker that prevents me from bidding on the machine. :x

You know there is a meeting every Wednesday night at the local church for Laser-aholics, right?
The name is RebelTaz. Been building and using 3d printers and cnc machines for years, but new to laser cutters/engravers. Thanks for having me!

I decided not to bid on this one. Epilog contacted me and told me this is a fiber ETCHING machine, and it is not powerful enough to CUT metal unless it is paper thin.

Priorities have shifted. I actually found a contractor who will complete the installation of the elevator in my Frankenbarn! I bought the elevator nine years ago, and it has been a royal nightmare, trying to get the %^&*#@ thing installed! I finally found a legitimate contractor who will complete the project!

I did find a nice, 'YUGE 3D printer that I will probably try to win. It is a BigRep Studio Gen 2.

There is also a MODIX Big Meter 3D printer on the radar, but I have no CLUE where the bids will go for either of these machines. I might be crying in my Dr. Pepper soon ...

Joe, you just need one of Beeyobees "I saw that" door toppers mounted on the monitor of the computer you make all of your purchases on. :D
My name is Jim. Ortur LM2Pro S2 running Lightburn on an old HP laptop with Windows 10. I recently retired and have more time to learn about my laser. Thanks Rich and You Tube! I now have a second OLM2 Pro that I'm going to set up for rotary projects and I bought a MonPort K40 but haven't had much time on that yet.

I SWEAR I am trying to find the time, the energy, the resources, and the HELP to set up these lasers, and it all has to come together at once. It is no good to have the time of you cannot pay the help. It is no good to have the help if you cannot set aside the time to work with them. Each laser would need to be opened and set up on a table or something, to determine how much space it needs. Then a workbench would be built for THAT laser. Rinse and repeat. The smaller lasers, like the F1 Ultras with the conveyor belts are fairly easy to figure out. However, the P2, and the S1's, and the M1 Ultras ... they all have conveyor systems that stick out of both sides and I have no clue how much space will be needed for each one.

I don't want a rat's next of extension cords, so as I set up each machine, I will run a dedicated 120VAC outlet to it. I also need to hang the smoke removal ducting from the ceiling, but that cannot be done until all of the machines are in place.

I want the 3D printers UPSTAIRS with the lasers, but they are too big to take up the stairway, so I have to wait until the elevator is fully functional. Otherwise I will need to cut a large doorway into the wall, and fabricate a sliding or swinging door pair to the opening. MORE construction and time. UGH! This may be my best option though, because my forklift can reach the second floor.

Sometimes I am so energetic, while other times, I wouldn't bother to pee on my home if it were on fire. :(
