Atezr going out of business?

Good morning everyone,

I have a Atezr P20, I’ve had it for about a year now, and I’m having power issues. I tried to contact Atezr and l’ve had zero luck. Their website appears to be down. Are they out of business?

Hmmm ... A New Jersey address with a telephone number and PACIFIC STANDARD TIME (California) contact hours?

I would guess that they are no longer in business. I could be wrong.

Most features of those lasers are in an ikier and i think they share the same components. What problem are you having?

I’ve got a P20 I’ve had about 2 years. Got it when it first came out. Love the machine for small projects but now I hear Atezr has gone out of business. Does anyone know that for a fact? I’ve seen references to ikier (don’t know what that is????)

I believe they have. I have a dispute with them starting on 10/2/07 for an unauthorized charge. Their website no longer functions and searches on google only shows an amazon link. When you go to it, it does not show any Atezr lasers, only competitors.

Looking thru google, I see folks have been having issues with correspondence throughout 2024. It's on me for not doing a deeper dive into this company before purchasing. Now, I have a $599 paperweight.

Sell it to someone who already HAS the same laser, and wants your for parts, or as a second laser, or whatever.

EDSEL is out of business, but there are still some Edsels running around!
