Hello everyone,
Maybe this information will help you to download these "lbrn2" files.
> Right click on the file name, click on save link as, select a file location on your computer, click save.
> Open Lightburn, (or whichever Laser program you use), select the Art Library tab, click the load tab.
> I hope it helps everyone.
> In Lightburn; Library tab is used for "Cut files", and Art Library is for "Engraving files".
I'd like to wish you all a joyful journey with your laser creations.

Re: LIGHTBURN CANNOT OPEN FILE! CORRECT!!
Guys,
I hope this will help!! I solved the issue for myself. when you download the file, go to where you saved it and right click, go to properties, at the bottom under attributes is a message: This file came from another computer and might be blocked to protect this computer. There is a box to check to unblock the file. this solved all my problems, the pain in my neck that was starting down my back is now receding, and I don't have to schedule a sixty minute 1 on 1 with Rich (yet) Thanks Rich found your videos yesterday and what a Godsend!!!!

Re: LIGHTBURN CANNOT OPEN FILE! CORRECT!!
if your struggling ( i was) make sure you have an up-to-date version of lightburn, art library is a fairly resent upgrade and isn't available on some older versions
Re: LIGHTBURN CANNOT OPEN FILE! CORRECT!!
Hello everyone, I really I'm struggling with this, I did what Rich to download the art, library and more, and when I did it the first time it was working perfectly, but then I have to update my Operation system in my iMac, and when I did it they didn't recognize any of the Library I downloaded, now beside my Library is a little cloud and tray to download it but nothing happens, I try to do the same I did in the first time, what Rich give us in the instructions, and it say if I want to replace it and I did, but still doesn't open, any idea somebody of you that have this problem and using a iMac, thank you
Re: LIGHTBURN CANNOT OPEN FILE! CORRECT!!
I appreciate the effort made on behalf of the members of your forum. You obviously put a lot of effort in providing useful material for us. However, I must say as an Organizational Behaviorist, when you receive many (as you have implied) responses to not being able to download the Art Library files (I am one included and I'm no dummy) that tells me either the one attempting to download are really ignorant OR the instruction is not clear, with enough detail for them to figure it out. In my opinion, if there are that many saying they can't download the material, then obviously the instructions aren't clear enough.
I contribute financially to you and hope that you continue to do what you do, it is very instructional with the YouTube videos, etc., but regardless of your pointed statement that you have CLEARLY provided instruction, but people aren't getting it, then perhaps your instruction is only CLEAR TO YOU and the few who are knowledgeable enough to follow your instructions. Apparently many are NOT able to follow you instructions. So perhaps you need to rethink your instructions and ask your membership who are having difficulty, just what area are they experiencing the problem.
As for me, when I download, I get an error message that LightBurn doesn't recognize the extension you have on the file.
I know this my anger you, based on your response to the many that have expressed their frustration with the download, but in all fairness you provide a good product other than in this area. Perhaps you would like to make this a good product as well, so all (even those dummies out there) can appreciate.
